Announcement on reducing fees for creating on-chain assets

Dear NBS Community, Dear Investors,

After the decision of the core group meeting, the board of directors approved the on-chain proposal to reduce the cost of NBS on-chain asset issuance from now on.

The issuance fee for four-digit assets was reduced to 50,000 NBS, and the issuance fee for assets with five figures or more was reduced to 10,000 NBS.
