关于开启社区DAO赏金制的公告

经过NBS社区、核心群和理事会的充分讨论并投票，“DAO赏金制”提案已获得通过。
该提案的核心要点是：1、社区赏金。资金池每周支出100万NCN用于奖励社区为NBS做出任何贡献的成员，赏金申请者只要将自己所作的工作在论坛中公布，由NBS持有者链上投票决定不超过前十名的申请者按照得票比例获得赏金。2、工作赏金。资金池每月支出100万NBS用于奖励社区为NBS做出贡献的开发者和管理者，赏金申请者只要将自己所作的工作在论坛中公布，由NBS持有者链上投票决定不超过前十名的申请者按照得票比例获得赏金。具体规则请查阅 （https://news.nbs.plus/?p=1749）；申请赏金的实例已经在链上发起投票，大家可以通过钱包查阅并模仿。
NBS理事会决定，于2022年10月30日（10月第五周的周日）发放第一笔社区奖金，今后每周日发放一次；于2022年11月30日发放第一笔工作奖金，今后每月底发放一次。

Announcement on Opening the Community DAO Reward System

After full discussion and voting by the NBS community, the core group and the Council, the proposal of “DAO bounty system” has been adopted.
The core points of the proposal are: 1. Community bounty. The fund pool will spend 1 million NCN every week to reward members of the community who have made any contribution to the NBS. The reward applicants will only publish their work in the forum, and the NBS holders will vote on the chain to decide whether the top ten applicants will receive the reward according to the proportion of votes. 2. Worker bounty. The fund pool will spend 1 million NBS every month to reward developers and managers who have made contributions to the NBS. The reward applicants only need to publish their work in the forum, and the NBS holder chain will vote to decide that the top ten applicants will receive the reward according to the proportion of votes. The NBS Council decided to pay the first community bonus on October 30, 2022 (the Sunday of the fifth week of October) and once every Sunday in the future; The first working bonus will be paid on November 30, 2022 and will be paid at the end of each month in the future.
